The hotel is close to the tube station. Made travel around the city simple. Daily cleaning kept my room tidy. Friendly staff were always available at reception.

surprising location, great price

location it was very easy. underground stations and paddington railway station are close. the bathroom provided plenty of toiletries. tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room. i could also leave the window open, the lobby was staffed 24 hours. i appreciate a clean bathroom.
the bed werent really comfy, but i did slept in much worse places.

Coffee and tea were always available here. several halal restaurants are located near. there were also some local stores near to buy bread or sodas. It's convenient.

the receptionists and cleaning team give excellent service to guests. the reception staff were friendly. they took care of our luggage after check out. this enabled us to visit more places before our flight.

I found the location convenient. Paddington Station was just a short walk away. The staff were friendly. My Triple Room had a fridge. It was a GREAT convenience. The housekeeping service ensured fresh towels daily.
The heating was difficult to adjust. It made the room uncomfortably warm at times.
